Strong and social?! If you’re in years Y5-Y11, our mettle strength & fitness sessions are for you. You’ll build strength, friendships and confidence! Each week you’ll work with our fabulous coaches, who have loads of experience and qualifications. They’ll help you to train in a variety of ways – you’ll work hard and have loads of fun too! Our sessions include general strength training with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, as well as bodyweight training, core exercises, circuit training and more. You might even get to try some aspects of martial-arts, self-defence and boxing too!
